Plan your event's food
Set up the days, headcounts and meals under Event & meals, then add what you need to buy. Each item works out how much to buy from the portion per person and the package size.
The sample is a real weekend campout for about 35 people (Friday to Sunday, 7 meals, 51 items). Change anything to fit your event.

Event, Days & Meals
These counts drive every calculation. Change one and all quantities update. "Planning" is the headcount meals are planned for; age groups are used by items that target an age group (like coffee for ages 12+).
Days
Meals
Each meal uses its day's planning count unless you set a different headcount. Meals with no day (like "PB&J alternates" or "General supplies") can take a count of their own.
Menu coverage check
Each meal's menu next to the items tied to it.
Import, Export & Print
A clean checklist with portions, quantities to buy and notes, grouped by category.
Export
CSV opens in Excel or Google Sheets and keeps serving size, total required, package size and recommended vs. actual quantity in separate columns. The backup file restores everything (including checkmarks and notes) on another device or browser.
Import a spreadsheet
Import a CSV in the same format as the original shopping list (Item, Quantity, Attendance, Menu). New rows are added as items to review; existing items, your checkmarks and notes are kept. In Excel use File → Save As → CSV; in Google Sheets use File → Download → CSV.
Where your work is saved
Every change saves automatically in this browser on this device. It survives refreshes and closing the tab, but it does not sync to other phones or computers. To move your work, use Download backup here and Restore backup on the other device.
Start a new event
Replaces everything on this device. Download a backup first if you want to keep this event.
